This allows the grill to easily reach 700 Degrees within 2-4 minutes with the hood up, and up to 800 Degrees with the hood down. The Sunstone Grill Ruby5BIR-LP comes with five(5) 304-grade, 11-gauge stainless steel fabricated I-Burners with 75,000 BTU's that are equipped with a flame thrower ignition. One of the most interesting features of the Sunstone Ruby5IR-LP is the 15,000 BTU infrared rear backburner with an industry-first to accept two(2) rotisserie kits, most grills only allow for one. A single rotisserie kit for the Ruby5IR is included with the purchase of the grill, more can be purchased separately.
