These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of primegrillsllc.com and to every purchase you make from Prime Grills LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. We currently sell to customers and ship to addresses in the United States only.
Products and Descriptions
All products we sell are new and come in the manufacturer's original packaging unless the listing clearly says otherwise. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors can look different on different screens, and manufacturers sometimes change specifications without notice. If a product you receive is not as described, you may return it under our Return Policy.
Pricing
- All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- A price shown as a sale price is our current price; the crossed-out price is the price we previously charged for the item.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and let you choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and Payment
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your card is charged when you place your order.
- We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to your shipping address. Please inspect freight deliveries and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Returns and Refunds

Product Reviews
Reviews you submit must be your honest opinion of a product you own. We check every review before publishing and don't publish reviews that are fake, offensive, off-topic or contain personal information. We never edit a review to change its meaning or rating, and we don't pay for or incentivize reviews.
Warranties
Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, and the terms vary by brand and product. Warranty documents are included in the box or available from the manufacturer's website. We are happy to help you file a warranty claim. See our Warranty page. Apart from the manufacturer's warranty and any warranties that cannot be excluded by law, products are sold without additional warranties from Prime Grills LLC.
Safe Use
Grills, smokers and outdoor kitchens use open flame, gas and high heat. Always follow the manufacturer's assembly, installation and safety instructions and local codes. Gas and built-in installations should be performed by a qualified professional where required.
Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, or using it for anything unlawful. Content on the site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Grills LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
