We don't accept checks, money orders, bank transfers, cash apps or cryptocurrency, and we don't offer financing.
How checkout works
- Add items to your cart and enter your shipping details at checkout.
- You're taken to Stripe's secure payment page to pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- You get an order confirmation email right away, and a tracking number when your order ships.
When your card is charged
Your card is charged when you complete payment on Stripe's page. If we can't fulfill your order, or you cancel before it ships, we refund the full amount to the same card. See our Cancellation Policy.
Security
- Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
- Your card number goes straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection. We never see or store it.
- Card purchases are protected by your card issuer's dispute rights.
Never send card numbers by email, chat or phone. We will never ask for them. Only enter them on the secure checkout page.
Sales tax
Where sales tax applies, it's calculated from your delivery address and shown on the secure payment page before you pay.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. See Returns & Refunds.
