The Sunstone Ruby4B-LP features Sunstone's exclusive Thermal-Heat Searing Grid, which works to insulate the heat from the lower burner at the cooking surface. This allows the grill to easily reach 700 Degrees within 2-4 minutes with the hood up, and up to 800 Degrees with the hood down. The Sunstone Grill Ruby4B-LP comes with four(4) 304-grade, 11-gauge stainless steel fabricated I-Burners with 60,000 BTU's that are equipped with a flame thrower ignition.
