This unit features two 17,000 BTU side burners, a 12,000 BTU (15 in. X 11 in. ) griddle plate with Blanchard Ground non-stick surface, push and turn ignition and comes with two flat, and stainless steel covers which cover the surface areas. The griddle plate offers a removable grease trough in the front of the unit to allow for grease to be captured.
