Redesigned to improve your smoking & grilling experience, this upgraded Canyon Combo DLX has additional cooking grates, pivoting cool touch handles, an easy-access ash pan and rubber treaded wheels. There are tool hooks, a charcoal basket, a robust staging shelf and a fuel gauge. With a horizontal cooking chamber and a firebox on the side, the smoker is fueled by charcoal and flavored by hardwood splits & chunks, sold separately, to cook low and slow with indirect heat or with the included 3-burner gas grill. Smoke up to 3 pork shoulders and grill 12 burgers on the 750-square-inch primary grates. Use the 424-square-inch upper rack for indirect cooking and to keep your food warm. Grill up to 15 wings or 6 burgers on the 281-square-inch firebox grate. An integrated fuel gauge displays the fuel level inside the propane tank so you can plan ahead for propane tank replacement and never again run out of gas while grilling. Three tool hooks are included to hang your tongs, spatula and other tools, freeing up space on your shelves. Adjustable dampers on the firebox and smokestack regulate heat and smoke giving you maximum control and consistent results. A removable ash pan on the side of the firebox collects ash from the fire and provides easy access to clear out the ashes, making clean-up simple. Two large rubber-treaded, steel wagon-style wheels give you better traction and easier mobility to roll the smoker over any terrain.
