The Built-in Bracket Accessory package (pictured here) provides vented brackets that connect to the sides and back of the grill head to give it a finished look once placed into an outdoor kitchen as a built-in grill. Includes four mounting brackets and all the hardware needed to attach the brackets to the grill head and convert to a built-in pellet grill. Like our other flagship Memphis grills, the Memphis Elevate Built-In boasts the ability to smoke, braise, grill, roast, bake and sear on one outdoor cooking appliance that rivals a high-end indoor kitchen! 180 to 600 degrees for smoking, searing, and everything in between with two open flame modes designed into the controller and reaching up to 900+ degrees. Direct Flame Insert, Genie Tool and Meat Probe come standard and a dual-wall, 430 stainless steel construction with oven-grade gasketing for durability. 12-lb pellet hopper capacity and convenient front tool bar will keep you smoking.
